資格預(yù)審會評審結(jié)果的公告
Announcement on the Prequalification Result of the International Bidding of the Urban Design Guidelines for the Urban Renewal Unit of Shenzhen Xiaomeisha Area
2019年1月12日，由深圳市特發(fā)集團(tuán)有限公司主辦、深圳市特發(fā)小梅沙投資發(fā)展有限公司承辦的《深圳市小梅沙片區(qū)城市更新單元城市設(shè)計導(dǎo)則國際招標(biāo)》資格預(yù)審會在深圳市召開。會議邀請了城市規(guī)劃與設(shè)計、建筑設(shè)計方面的5位專家和2位業(yè)主代表組成資格預(yù)審委員會，對45家報名機構(gòu)提交的報名文件進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真審閱、討論和評審并進(jìn)行了記名投票。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場得票統(tǒng)計結(jié)果，確定了獲邀進(jìn)入下一階段概念提案編制的4家設(shè)計機構(gòu)，同時選出了2家備選設(shè)計機構(gòu)，具體結(jié)果如下：
On Jan. 12th, 2019, the Prequalification Meeting of the International Bidding of the Urban Design Guidelines for the Urban Renewal Unit of Shenzhen Xiaomeisha Area, organized by Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Development Group Co., Ltd. and undertaken by Shenzhen SDG Xiaomeisha Investment & Development Co., Ltd., was held in Shenzhen. The jury panel of prequalification was constituted by five experts in areas of urban planning & design as well as architectural design, and two representatives from the Organizer. They read and carried out discussion & evaluation on all the application documents submitted by forty-five registered design firms. According to the disclosed voting result, four invited firms to draft the concept proposal at next stage and two alternatives are as follows:
