Announcement on the Prequalification Result of the International Competition of the Conceptual
Masterplanning for Xiaomeisha Area, Shenzhen
2016年6月19日，由深圳市特發(fā)集團(tuán)有限公司組織的《深圳市小梅沙片區(qū)概念性總體規(guī)劃方案國際競賽》資格預(yù)審會在深圳市花園格蘭云天大酒店二樓紫荊花廳召開。來自上海、青島、深圳的7名專家組成了評審專家委員會。
On June 19th, 2016, the Prequalification Meeting of the International Competition of the
Conceptual Masterplanning for Xiaomeisha Area, Shenzhen, organized by Shenzhen Special Economic Zone
Development Group Co., Ltd., was held in the Redbud Ballroom, 2/F, Grand Skylight
Garden Hotel. The jury panel was constituted by seven experts from Shanghai, Qingdao and Shenzhen.
評審專家對報(bào)名機(jī)構(gòu)提交的報(bào)名資料進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真審閱、討論和評審并進(jìn)行了記名投票。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場得票統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果，確定了8家入圍設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)和2家備選設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)（含聯(lián)合體，下同）分別如下：
The jury panel read and carried out discussion and evaluation on all the application
documents submitted by registered design firms. According to the disclosed voting result,
eight shortlisted and two alternative design firms (including consortiums,
similarly hereinafter) are as follows:

We will issue the Invitation to Draft the Concept Proposal to the shortlisted 8 firms. Furthermore,
we will organize the Site Visit& Q&A meeting on June 29th, 2016.
已報(bào)名但未獲得《編制概念提案邀請函》的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)可自費(fèi)參與概念提案編制，如想?yún)⑴c下一階段的競賽須于北京時(shí)間2016年6月25日17:00前將《參與確認(rèn)回執(zhí)》（詳見附件）發(fā)送到我方聯(lián)系郵箱：xiaomeisha2016@qq.com，以此確認(rèn)參與下一階段競賽。其提交的概念提案也可參加評審，除不能獲得概念提案成本補(bǔ)償費(fèi)外，與入圍設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)有同等獲得正式設(shè)計(jì)邀請的機(jī)會。
Those registered design firms that fail to receive the Invitation to Draft the Concept Proposal can
draft the concept proposal on their cost. If those design firms would like to take
part in it, they shall send the Confirmation Letter of Participation (see the
Appendix) to xiaomeisha2016@qq.com to confirm their participation to the next step
before 17:00, June 25th, 2016. Their submitted concept proposals can also be presented for review and
evaluation; moreover, such design firms will enjoy equal opportunities as the invited design firms to get the
formal design invitation from the Organizer except that no compensation is paid to cover the cost of the
concept proposal.
