Announcement on the International Competition of the Conceptual Masterplanning for Xiaomeisha Area, Shenzhen
小梅沙片區(qū)位于廣東省深圳市鹽田區(qū)，東臨大鵬新區(qū)，西側(cè)緊鄰大梅沙，北為三洲田，南為小梅沙灣。距福田市中心28公里，距離鹽田副中心10公里，擁有優(yōu)良的山、海、湖、沙灘、礁石等山海資源，是距離深圳市區(qū)最近且擁有天然沙灘的海濱休閑旅游區(qū)之一，也是深圳立市以來最早開發(fā)的濱海旅游度假區(qū)之一，曾榮獲“深圳十景”、“鵬城八景”等美譽(yù)。歷經(jīng)30載風(fēng)雨，小梅沙目前擁有“小梅沙度假村”、“小梅沙海洋世界”、“小梅沙大酒店”等經(jīng)營實(shí)體，現(xiàn)片區(qū)年接待游客200余萬人次。然而近十余年來小梅沙的升級改造步伐緩慢，片區(qū)產(chǎn)品、景觀建筑與配套設(shè)施均已陳舊落后。
Xiaomeisha Area is located in Yantian District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, and adjacent to Dapeng New District to the east, Dameisha to the west, Sanzhoutian to the north and Xiaomeisha Bay to the south.Being 28 kilometers away from Futian Center and 10 kilometers away from Yiantian Sub-Center and having excellent mountain and marine resources including mountains, lakes, sandy beach and reef, it is nearest to downtown area of Shenzhen City and one of the coastal leisure and tourism resorts which have natural sandy beach. It is also one of earliest developed coastal tourism resorts since founding of Shenzhen City, and has been awarded “Top Ten Scenic Spots of Shenzhen”, “Eight Famous Scenic Spots in Shenzhen”. After going through trials and hardships of 30 years, Xiaomeisha has owned operational entities like Xiaomeisha Holiday Village, Xiaomeisha Sea World and Xiaomeisha Hotel at present, and receives more than 2 million tourists annually. However, its upgrading and reconstruction is slow in recent ten years, with products, landscape architecture and supporting facilities in resort being obsolete and outdated.
為了推動小梅沙片區(qū)的全面升級改造，實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展，高起點(diǎn)、高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)地將其打造成具有鮮明特色、國際水準(zhǔn)的都市休閑及濱海生態(tài)旅游目的地，現(xiàn)組織開展“深圳市小梅沙片區(qū)概念性總體規(guī)劃方案國際競賽”，面向全球公開征集方案，歡迎具有豐富規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)積極參與。
In order to promote comprehensive upgrading and reconstruction of Xiaomeisha Area, realize great-leap-forward reform and development, and build urban casual and coastal ecological tourism destination having distinguished features and international standard at high starting point to a high standard, we hereby organize the International Competition of the Conceptual Masterplanning for Xiaomeisha Area, Shenzhen, and warmly welcome the global outstanding planning and design firms with richexperience in urban planning and design to take part in this Competition.
本次競賽活動旨在集思廣益，征集具遠(yuǎn)見、富創(chuàng)意的方案，結(jié)合城市發(fā)展與休閑旅游市場的需求，以國際視野、前瞻性的發(fā)展理念研究小梅沙片區(qū)的空間發(fā)展結(jié)構(gòu)、規(guī)劃布局、空間體量等。同時，規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方案必須具有可操作性，能夠?yàn)橄乱徊揭?guī)劃片區(qū)詳細(xì)藍(lán)圖提供系統(tǒng)性、框架性的設(shè)計(jì)指引。
This Competition aims to draw on the wisdom of the masses, collect the most far-sighted and creative scheme, combine demands of urban development and leisure tourism market, and study space development structure, planning layout and space volume of Xiaomeisha Area with international perspective and forward-looking development concept. Meanwhile, the planning and design scheme must be implementable and can provide systematic and framing design guidance for follow-up detailedplanning of the area.
有意向參與本次競賽活動的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)或聯(lián)合體，請按照《深圳市小梅沙片區(qū)概念性總體規(guī)劃方案國際競賽參賽須知》（詳見附件1）的要求填寫《深圳市小梅沙片區(qū)概念性總體規(guī)劃方案國際競賽報(bào)名表》（詳見附件2），于北京時間2016年6月13日17:00前進(jìn)行報(bào)名。有關(guān)報(bào)名材料可登陸以下網(wǎng)站查詢、下載并填報(bào)：
Design firms or consortiums who are interested in this Competition please apply for it with reference to the Instructions to the Applicants of the International Competition of the Conceptual Masterplanning for Xiaomeisha Area, Shenzhen (See Appendix 1 for details) and fill out the Application Form of the International Competition of the Conceptual Masterplanning for Xiaomeisha Area, Shenzhen (See Appendix 2 for details), by 17:00, June13, 2016 (Beijing Time).
